To enable us to be constantly at your disposal and offer you the best services, please note that a complaint book (register) is available in each One-Stop-Shop, in order to collect your opinions, complaints and appreciations on your visit to our Agency and on the services you have requested.

 ANDI is fully engaged to consider them in order to achieve performance that meets your expectations.

 Please don’t hesitate to ask for it in case you don’t find it accessible.

 In any case, the Agency put at your disposal through this portal, a virtual complaint book (register) which is regularly consulted by the General Director.
