Information Days                        

ANDI launches, from the last week of the month, a series of information days across the country, entitled "Measures to support investment in the wilaya of the south and the high plateaux."

These events are primarily a wide distribution of the program to encourage investment under the scheme of areas whose development requires the contribution of the State provided for in Ordinance 01-03, as amended and supplemented, on the development of investment, and enhance other advantages granted by law for investments initiated in the wilaya and South the high plateaux.[Read]

The incentives regime applicable to  the wilayas of the South and the Highlands.
 

The National Agency for Investment Development, by decision of CNI and after deliberations of the Council of Ministers, announces the implementation of the incentives regime applicable to the wilayas of the South and the Highlands.

The decision of the CNI concerns:
- The incentives to be granted to investments in areas whose development requires a special contribution of the state, including:

    * tax fiscal and parafiscal exemptions provided for by
      Ordinance 01-03, as amended and supplemented,
    * incentives in terms of funding, such as interest rate
       subsidies;
    * incentives in terms of charges related
      to rental concessions of land in the private domain of
      the State, for investments made in the said wilayas.

- A list of the wilayas and districts of wilayas eligible to those incentives

- Obtaining the incentives;
- The business registration;
- Tax return and official reports for operating phase starting, issuing of duty free purchase certificates, etc. ;
- Legalization of signatures and copies of other documents;
- Registration before social security bodies,
  (CNAS and CASNOS).
